Parking
 Just show your First Night button to park for free on December 31, 2010 at both the Market Street and Water Street Parking Garages. This comes courtesy of the City of Charlottesville, the Charlottesville Parking Center and the Water Street Parking Garage Condominium Association.
Once you're downtown, enjoy free bus service compliments of CTS. Bus stops and routes are indicated on the map. All buses are handicapped accessible. Buses will run approximately every 30 minutes from 2:30 pm-5:30 pm, and every 15 minutes thereafter until 1:00 am.

Food for Free Parking
Food donations for Blue Ridge Area Food Bank will be collected all day on New Years Eve at the East High and Water Street Park Garages. Any monetary or non-perishable food donation will secure free parking all day in these locations.
