At 4:00, African drummer Darrell Rose will
lead the Montessori Community School African
Drum Ensemble in a program of infectious rhythm.
Returning for their 2nd FNV performance, this
is a show your kids won't want to miss.
At 6:00 & 7:30, Rose takes the stage with
his band, the International Councillors. With
African rhythms as its foundation, the band
merges funk, reggae, and jazz, influenced
heavily by the late, great Miles Davis. |
